Cross-Branch Rigor Contract

Preamble

Cross-Branch Rigor Contract gives every serious Factory surface the same burden: objects, relationships, evidence, gates, maturity, feedback, human judgment boundaries, and fake-progress signs.

Scale Magnifies Loose Terms

Loose words become expensive at Factory scale. If one branch treats a claim as evidence, another treats attention as demand, and another treats a completed task as progress, the system can manufacture agreement from incompatible meanings.

The contract forces each branch to declare what its objects are, how they relate, what evidence they need, which gate they pass through, how maturity is named, where feedback returns, and which human judgment stays outside the loop.

Rigor is the brake that lets automation move without hiding the founder’s responsibility.
