Belief Drift

Preamble

Belief Drift tracks movement in stated claims, frames, priorities, and contradictions. It looks at what the writing says repeatedly, what fades, and what starts carrying more weight.

Claims Need Receipts

A single sentence is too small to carry a whole belief claim. The detector needs repeated claims, dates, source context, and different periods of writing before it can say a frame moved. Otherwise it is extracting a mood from one paragraph.

Contradictions Matter

Some contradictions are noise. Some are the place where thinking is changing. The report preserves both sides long enough for me to decide whether the contradiction is growth, evasion, pressure, or unfinished work.

The Tool Cannot Name Conviction

The system can show that a claim became stronger, weaker, or more frequent. Belief still has to be interpreted by the person living with the claim.
