Emotional Drift
Preamble
Emotional Drift tracks pressure in language without diagnosing me. It watches urgency, avoidance, volatility, grief, ambition, doubt, confidence, and the way emotion changes what gets written.
Emotion Is Context
Emotional language is weather around the work. The report can show pressure rising, recurring frustration, sudden urgency, or long avoidance while keeping diagnosis outside the system.
Private Writing Performs Too
A journal entry still writes toward someone: a future self, an imagined judge, a person I wish I were, or a person I am trying to stop being. Emotional drift has to respect that performance because private writing is already shaped by audience, desire, and self-protection.
The Signal Should Stay Gentle
A useful report gives examples and patterns. I decide whether the pattern asks for action, patience, rest, or nothing.
