Founder Loop Future State
Preamble
Founder Loop Future State turns validation into a repeatable judgment loop. Each wedge gets a pass, loop, or kill verdict plus the evidence that made the verdict accountable.
A Verdict Needs Teeth
A polished validation memo can protect the idea from reality. A verdict has to change the next move: run the market test, return for sharper evidence, or stop the wedge before product work begins.
The loop records the domain, buyer, pain, objection, validation artifact, decision reason, and writeback. Domain chips keep context reusable while the verdict stays tied to the specific wedge.
Validation works when the next action is harder to dodge after the model has spoken.
