Venture Workspace Contract
Preamble
Venture Workspace Contract gives each venture its own body. Evidence, work, code, analytics, decisions, launch state, and postmortem records have to live close enough for the product to remember itself.
A Venture Needs Local Truth
A validated wedge can disappear into shared databases, chat memory, and scattered folders. Product work then starts with confidence and no local memory of why the product exists.
The workspace gives the venture a local record: _work, _evidence, docs, code, tests, analytics, launch state, decisions, and archive path. The product should be able to answer what evidence shaped it and what changed after users touched it.
Factory only scales if each company keeps its own truth while the portfolio learns from the pattern.
