Factory Vision holds the full ambition in view: a venture system that finds evidence, validates a wedge, builds a product, distributes it, operates it, and learns from the outcome in one loop.

The Vision Has To Stay Larger Than The Slice

The current build can make the project look smaller than it is. A database table, roadmap, or first wedge is only a slice of the factory that would eventually create and scale software businesses.

The vision keeps the larger claim answerable. It names evidence contracts, target metrics, runtime objects, database boundaries, lifecycle gates, archive rules, and the point where a venture has earned the right to keep moving.

The north star is useful only while it makes the next milestone more honest.
