A complete autonomous company runtime would be too large to trust before it has earned contact with a market. The roadmap makes the Factory prove itself through one wedge before it tries to scale the method.

The first rails exist to find evidence, validate demand, create a venture workspace, ship a narrow product, and record what happened. Reuse comes from the pieces that survived real work.

The roadmap matters when it keeps the Factory from building infrastructure as a substitute for building the first business.
