Persona Review
Preamble
Persona Review uses role-model lenses to pressure a decision without turning the audit into roleplay.
A Lens Is A Constraint
A useful lens applies a principle, asks a pressure question, names a failure mode, and forces the decision through an angle I would otherwise avoid. The value is the constraint, not the costume.
Principles Need Failure Modes
Freedom can become avoidance. Speed can masquerade as wisdom. Stoic composure can become passive inaction. Curiosity can become completion avoidance. A lens only helps when it brings its shadow with it.
The Lens Cannot Decide
The review makes the decision harder to fake while keeping authority outside the borrowed discipline, role model, and model’s version of a role model. The final pressure still lands on me.
